The singer told MTV News: "My friend was talking to me about his long-distance relationship and how it breaks his heart that he can't see his girlfriend every day, so I wanted to make an anthem for everyone in a long-distance relationship or just someone they haven't seen in a while is just one call away."

Our Heavenly Father has always asked us to pray. In Alma 34:17-27, we are taught all of the ways in which we can pray. We can pray at any time of day, for our happy moments and joys, our sad and hard moments, in public, private, and even just having a prayer in our hearts. Our Heavenly Father wants to come and "Save the Day," and help us to feel better. He also ALWAYS has his hand "Reaching out" towards us.

Through faithful and constant prayer, our Heavenly Father can truly 'set us free' from our troubles and daily sorrows. Our Heavenly Father and brother Jesus Christ want to see us happy and experiencing joy in this life. They have blessed us with the many ways in which we can feel peace and love. Family, Scriptures, Friends, and most importantly, Prayer. We get to communicate directly with our Father in Heaven and seek help and guidance from him.

Again, Heavenly Father and our Savior Jesus Christ have their arms reaching out and extended towards us, waiting for us to turn our hearts to them, and run to them. They tell us to not worry, and that everything will be made right in their timing. In D&C 6:36 we are taught to "Look unto me [God] in every thought; doubt not, fear not." As we turn our hearts, and our minds to the Savior and our Loving Heavenly Father, and reach out to them through prayer, we will be blessed, comforted, and overcome with the endless amount of love they have for us.
When I was in middle school, I moved from one school to another. At my new school I didn't know anyone and on my first day, I was very nervous and scared. At lunch I had no one to sit with and so I went to the bathroom and cried. Then I remembered that I can pray to my Heavenly Father to help me and comfort me. I said a prayer, and soon after, I left the stall to find a girl who was so nice, comforted me, and let me sit with her and her friends. I have truly come to know that my Heavenly Father hears and answers prayers, because he is truly just One Prayer Away.Â
